Bought a Bass Guitar
Well, yesterday I talked about buying myself something nice online for myself for no logical reason. Then at night I jammed on a borrowed bass and remembered that I really loved that as well. I guess there actually was logic and reason to it after all--I just bought myself a Grassroots G-RF-62 "Reita" model bass. Apparently it is the signature model of Reita from a band called GaZettE, but I have no clue about that band, really. I just bought it because the reviews were decent, and it seems that it is a pretty hard-to-acquire bass guitar if you live outside of Japan. Given that my last guitar purchase was a BC Rich Warbeast for no other reason than that it, too, had OK reviews but was extreme-looking, then this makes a lot of sense. Oddly enough, this is the first non-black electric guitar, bass or otherwise, that I have ever purchased. Feels weird to NOT buy a black guitar. Very glad to re-enter the lost world of music.
