Game discussions are openly acidic
February 14, 2014
I recently left the Facebook group called "Indie Game Developers" because the community there seemed to be highly exclusive and I would often see posts from beginners who had valid questions but were being put down by the other veteran members. Moreover, recently the members can't seem to stop writing about how much they despise Flappy Bird. So, I find it timely and appropriate that someone has made a Flappy Bird MMO. You can actually see that this game is for whatever reason being enjoyed by lots of people. In real time. Check out the Flappy Bird MMO here (http://flapmmo.com/), you can play it in your browser and even name yourself. Hit spacebar to flap. I don't care what the implications of Flappy Bird mean anymore. I just know that this is hilarious and I just want to leave it at that and get back to making games.
